I agree &quot;talking therapy&quot; is fast becoming the treatment of choice for issues such as depression,anxiety and stress. 
I do think that many people can get hung up about the theoretical approach a therapist uses, I think research has shown that it isn&#039;t so much the &quot;model&quot; but the rapport between client and therapist which is important
